Learn to Row

The Learn to Row programs teach participants the fundamentals of rowing and water safety.
Each session includes four (4) 120-minute coaches lessons on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
After completing a Learn to Row, rowers will have acquired the skills to transition into various programs to continue enjoying the water and being a part of the KRC community!

Program membership includes the cost of:
Coaching
Equipment use (Boats, Ergs, Oars, etc…)

Runs Tuesday + Thursday Evenings from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM at the Kingston Rowing Club
Times are subject to move in 10 minute-earlier increments per week as sundown occurs earlier each week (See rowing safety rules). Coaches will communicate these changes if they happen.
Session runs from Tuesday, September 17th, until Tuesday, October 15th.
No experience needed; teaches participants the fundamentals of rowing and water safety.
Price includes RCA/ORA Fee; however you must register with RCA for the year. Please review the 'Requirements' tab for details.
Participants must also complete the Rowing Canada Safety module. Please view the 'Requirements' tab for details.
